JP Capulong is a seasoned procurement and RFP strategist with a proven record of winning high-stakes, competitive bids across public and private markets. Over the past eight years, he has led teams responsible for securing multimillion-dollar contracts through a combination of data-driven intelligence, persuasive proposal development, and innovative cooperative purchasing strategies.

JP has directed the Sales Intelligence and RFP Management teams, Prior to that, he drove business development at numerous startups, securing marquee wins with Fortune 500 companies such as Boeing and Starbucks, as well as major public sector clients like the City of Memphis.

JP’s approach blends strategic business development with deep procurement expertise, helping organizations identify opportunities earlier, craft winning narratives, and outpace competitors in both speed and quality of delivery. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of San Francisco and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
